Updated ranking table - including the results of qualifiers to Season 1

Not stated formally, but in case of ties, I will take into account the last season's results - a higher round reached would be the tie-breaker. @manuvert is ranked in front of @bucipuci because he reached higher round. Same for @ilodz24hd and @cezary-io. For @venan vs @grecki-bazar-ewy and @homesteadlt vs @ptaku the decider is more points won in the group phase. I guess I will need to formalize these rules. For now bear with me, I will use my best judgment in order to be fair to everyone.
