I have visited a tiny spa town of Sokołowsko in SW Poland (just across the border with CZ - Meziměstí). During the 19th century it was a popular spa destination for reach Russians. Since the local population was Protestant or Catholic, they funded an Orthodox church. It has survived the upheavals of XX century history.
