it was really amazing how it worked out. Yesterday: 6:15 - I was already tired. 9:30 - not too bad. 11:00 - let's try a small walk. 16:30 - have I really walked 20km?! ... Today: 7:30 - no fever, clean

fever up to 39 in a otherwise healthy adult is not harmful (yet exhausting it is) - this is how our immune system fights the virus (2 degrees more than our normal 36,6 start damaging virus's protein chains).
