First impression of Madeira. My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2026

Our first full day in Madeira was meant to get to know this beautiful island. I had planned a hike of 12km that started with 700m up a cliff then some nondescript levadas (footpaths along agricultural canals) and back to our base by the ocean.
