Long working day in Madrid. My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2025

It was a long day in our office in Madrid. Since the office is quite far from my hotel (which had been selected to optimise for a conference the following day), travel by Metro generated quite a few steps. Then after work my boss, a teammate and I did some walking in the center, to end the day in a tapas bar.
