Didn’t feel like walking. My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2024

Another day working with n Redhill, UK. Again 4K steps down at working day end. My body didn’t feel like going anywhere- a pint of good English ale seemed like a better option than walking into the cold and wet.

I did however an hour extra walk. My motivation being the @macfit stepping competition. I will lose today’s duel anyway, but I want to achieve a good average, as it will count in the 1st playoff round.
