My friend for the next 10 days. My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2023

This is my companion for the next 10 days. I am going to hike a mountains trail of 143 km and then come back using a different trail of 137km.

My weight is the 74kg, my companion weighs 9kg after packing. When I add water and food I will carry 11-12kg.
