There’s a mountain range in Poland which looks like an archipelago of mountains. Its name translates as “Insular Mountains”. The mountains are very prominent as they extend from deep valleys.
We hiked yesterday some 20km. The highest peak was only 740m a.s.l., but the total elevation gain exceeded 1000m.
