My hiking yesterday was a quest in search of lost worlds. Empty villages that exist no more and nature took over. I was tracing signs of human activity from over 80 years ago.
I climbed a hill were a church used to be. Burnt down during war, now there’s only symbolic door that leads to nothing…
I found a well and road they once divided the village into two. In young forest, I clearly saw wild orchard trees.
I was lost in the world that is no more. To bring me back to reality, I visited a beautiful orthodox wooden church.
