Steps around hospital. My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2023

Most of my steps made walking slowly around a hospital building. I visited one of our refugees from UA. She is in a room with two elderly ladies, who speak very loudly and need to watch the tele in full volume. Taking her out for a walk was a real respite.

Sometimes such small things matter a lot. Stay #AliveAndThriving
