Misty mountains and WWII hero. My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2022

Comes Saturday, comes hiking. Last week had been sunny and hot but on Saturday clouds arrived. A bit of rain, mist all day. We didn’t have any panoramic views but enjoy the hike very much.

In the evening I got lost in history books. The host of our B&B is a son of WWII partisan soldier, who after the war was persecuted by the communists. I read his memoirs and my hiking companions gave up trying to talk to me
