It's explosive of flavors. So different from the Filipino breads, our breads are usually just baked dough with a little bit of salt (which we call pan de sal) or some baked dough but sweetened. We do have breads with fillings but only one flavor, for each kind of bread. These two were really explosive of flavors, the first one was garlic bread with cream, herbs, butter and the second one was with chicken and some pulled pork and mayo and some herbs as well.
