I have never seen nor taste Korean-style breads and today, I finally get the chance to. A good friend of mine and my dialysis nurse in the hospital I go to, gave these breads to me during my last session. It was such a surprise because I had no idea he was going to give me such. We both survived Covid and I went through the ordeal first. I was the one who was sympathetic with him when he went through it right after I did. He was grateful for the support and probably that is the reason why he thought of giving me a gift.
I have never seen breads as creatively done and artsy like this and it tastes good too. It looks to me like Christmas dishes because of the artsy-ness. I will start searching for bakeshops that make these and I will be a fan!
