Es de forma alargada y posee muchas espinas, es por ello que debemos estar piendiente de no lesionarnos con una espina porque es super doloroso.
Ellos florean pocas veces al año y cuando lo hacen su flor es una de las mas hermosas que existen, y destaca bastante en ellos, siempre las fotografio.
