I know everyone has been sharing their public motor transport experiences so mine would seem a little different for the fact that it is about a public train I had this memorable experience I'd love to share. I was one of the any who got so excited about the new public train provided by the government to transport people from a set place to another.
That set place happened to go past my school area and was closer so I became a regular passenger for two special reasons... A faster trip and a cheaper fee.

Using train services shortens my trip time from 6 hours to 3 hours, the difference was way too much to compare even when there are news of the train not being available some days. Because of that, I leave for my trip very early or sometimes late so I could meet up with the train.
It continued like that until one particular day that gave me a memorable experience. A lot of things happened that day that it made me think that I was definitely going to have a bad day and would regret choosing that day for my trip.
It started with me paying for a cheap train ticket...
I got to the train station very early enough and even though I got one from the last cheap tickets available, I was able to meet up to wait for the train with my ticket. That wait took longer than expected as they said the train had some issues on the way back from it's last trip.
This was me taking pictures with my friend while we waited for the arrival of the train. The train available wasn't working fine so they had to make us wait for the other one. I can still remember spending money I didn't want to spend on junks since I left home without eating and I couldn't go far from the station to buy good food.
Usually, I'd have been at my school three hours after my arrival at the station but exactly three hours, I was still at the station waiting for the train arrival. The wait got tiring and I couldn't even smile anymore, some persons had to go back home and some chose the road for their journey.
Well, I knew I had no much money on me for that decision so I just concluded I'll wait and arrive late at night. About five hours of waiting, the train arrived and everyone onboarded it with a relief scream.
Now guess what made the trip more memorable for me! I got to seat in the VIP section with supposed big people. 😂
I know not all of them could have been rich but most of them were and there was an army of men guiding the section, the seats were much better compared to the ones I usually sit on in the regular section. I couldn't hide my excitement when I got in, the atmosphere was just so different and quiet.
So aside from the sad part of waiting too long, I got to experience for the first time being in the VIP section and I had a really fun seat mate who seemed very knowledgeable and kind.
How did I get to seat there when I paid for a regular seat? The process was hilarious but the main action that led me there was that, all the train workers were in a hurry and just made us rush in not minding which ticket we had in our hands.
I paid cheap but I was lucky to have entered the train through the VIP section 😂 The trip was so smooth, calm and relaxing for me that I totally forgot the long wait I had before the journey started. It was the first time I prayed I didn't get to my destination so fast just so I could enjoy the opportunity more.
So yeah, a memorable public transport experience was a good one although I have some bad ones but they weren't so bad so I thought a good one is preferable for this topic.
