Warm greetings to the #Emotions&Feelings Community.

"Resentment is like drinking poison
and waiting for the other person to die."

Resentment is an emotion that is studied, investigated by different professionals, according to the conclusions they define always make their proposals before this emotion that causes or produces discomfort in the human being.
Faced with this feeling many take their precautions by following suggestions to manage it, to avoid being affected causing unpleasant health situations or situations of social life causing very unstable coexistence.
Others, without stopping these feelings of rage and resentment, provoke situations that can lead to violence, be it words, blows, or others. After that moment of great frustration passes, they ask themselves: "What happened to me, why did I act that way? When they have hurt others, breaking the bond of friendship or coexistence with other people.
On these occasions, the person who does not control these actions seems not to be aware of what is happening and what is provoked by this feeling. In repeated situations they tend to stay alone because nobody wants this type of actions towards them, they ask themselves why?
Many resist, even though there is information from different authors, more and more seminars, workshops, talks on how to control this, how to improve what they feel to stop provoking these social whirlwinds that do not leave anything positive.

I insist that the key to improve or manage this type of emotions is the information that leads us to knowledge, to have the knowledge how to accept it, assume it and apply it. I add an element of power to become aware of this emotion according to each stage of our life as we move in it is the age of the individual, the experiences they live, socialization, which generates not controlling this type of emotion in their health as a priority, they can hide it with other pathologies, when part of the solution is to recognize themselves as human beings with weaknesses and strengths that can be improved.
In my experience, in this step, getting to know oneself is primordial. It is to begin to understand what happens in me in such a situation, why I feel resentment when they accuse me or point out something that pleases them, or it can also be the opposite, I can accuse others of what I feel.

Of course, I have had situations that I have acted out of anger, I can say that I have overcome them because I have assimilated so many theories, without leaving them as part of my studies just to pass with grades, I have taken them for myself, one theory has led me to another, to see myself, to do something like an x-ray of my emotions and feelings...to reach the understanding that each being is unique and his inner world that light of looking inside has not yet reached him.
Sure, I have had situations that I have acted out of anger, I can say overcome because I have assimilated so many theories, without leaving them as part of study just to pass with grades, I have taken them for myself, one theory has led me to another, see myself, do something like an x-ray of my emotions and feelings...reach that understanding that each being is unique and his inner world that light of looking inside has not yet reached him.
Recognizing ourselves as emotional beings is important, it helps us to observe the actions of others without judging, to learn that those actions do not affect us, to learn to understand our thoughts to achieve control over them (a process considered a bit uphill, of much study and practice)say as I read these days #yocontrolomimente sounds strong (and some find it funny), the important thing is to be on the way and apply techniques for it.

"Our fatigue is often caused not by work, but by worry, frustration and resentment."
