En el diario vivir observamos personas con caras largas, caras sonrientes, caras tristes, cada una vive su historia de lo que pasa en el momento de su dìa. Quizàs estos son momentos donde la inspiraciòn està escondida, no sale por nada, algo asì como que esa persona està dormida en esa parte del cerebro que trae inspiraciòn, creaciòn. O està tan aturdida que la tristeza o lo que le ocurra en el momento no se de permiso para inspirarse para retomar elementos que le hagan subir la alegrìa o le lleguen esas ideas para limpiar la oscuridad.

Siempre se dice que la inspiraciòn llega cuando menos la esperamos, a veces las rcomendaciones que dan ante este hecho es carga una libreta y un làpiz para anotar esas cosas que vienen a la mente acerca de lo que se quiere hacer.

Si, tambièn lo he hecho anotar ideas de temas que quiero desarrollar, tenerlos allì al momento de comenzar.

La inspiraciòn, puede estar unida a la pasiòn, cuando te agrada algo buscas la manera de hacerlo,te entregas a ello logrando eso que quieres, una combinaciòn excelente: inspiraciòn + pasiòn + acciòn.

Por lo general se cree socialmente que la inspiraciòn es sòlo para mùsicos, poetas, pintores...que siempre hay algo que los insprira a crear, considero que todos tenemos momentos para inspirarnos. Puede ocurrir a la hora de vertirnos nos inspiramos y nos arreglamos super chevere asì sea para ir a la panaderìa (lo llamo inspiraciòn fìsica, amor propio, otra) ; tambièn ocurre en ese momento que queremos celebrar a alguien nos inspiramos en què voy hacer, que le voy cocinar, què puedo regalar y allì està ese momento de inspiraciòn para lograr un objetivo...quizàs no lo vemos asì pero eso es inspiraciòn(agradar a alguien).

Las personas que les gusta la cocina, o estudian para ello, se inspiran tanto en los sabores y olores que logran resultados maravillosos en la cocina, igual pasa con estas amas de casa como yo que no fuìmos muy dadas a la cocina y ahora en mi caso me inspiro a la hora de hacer unas galletas de avena, torta de cambur, un pollo al horno, una sencilla ensalada, eso para mi es inpiraciòn culinaria.

La inspiraciòn puede decirse o le puedo decir que es algo como estar vivo, estar en el presente no dejar que ese momento sea enrarecido o que nos despistemos con lo que sucede alrededor, es tener una ilusiòn hacia algo no solo tiene que ser arte, como suelen verlo muchas personas.

Es habitual escuchar: no sirvo para eso, como si la inspiraciòn es cuestiòn de servir o no servir...ella està allì: para leer ese libro que te gusta(asì lo repitas varias veces) anotar esa idea que te llega para dearrollar un escrito( ya que estamos aquì en esta plataforma); inspirarte en tener ciertas plantitas en tu casa y cuando las cuidas y das amor eso es inspiraciòn, cuantos se rìen porque dejan secar las plantas.

La inspiraciòn es ese algo que està allì dentro de nosotros en nuestra mente, en nuestros pensamientos, en nuestros sueños,tomarla en el momento no dejarla escapar es otro proceso. A cada uno le llega de cualquier forma y de maneras diferentes; otra cosa es que cuando estamos inspirados no sentimos cansancio, porque estamos tan dedicados que es maravilloso sentirlo. Es asì cuando estudiamos para un exàmen y estamos tan metidos en entender todo que en la medida que pasan las horas se acrecenta ese momento de inspiraciòn(bueno me pasò muchas veces).

In everyday life we observe people with long faces, smiling faces, sad faces, each one lives their story of what is happening in the moment of their day. Maybe these are moments where inspiration is hidden, it doesn't come out at all, something like that person is asleep in that part of the brain that brings inspiration, creation. Or they are so dazed that sadness or whatever is happening to them at the moment doesn't give them permission to be inspired to take up elements that will bring them joy or ideas to clear the darkness.

It is always said that inspiration comes when we least expect it, sometimes the advice given is to carry a notebook and a pencil to write down those things that come to mind about what you want to do.

Yes, I've also done it by jotting down ideas of themes I want to develop, to have them there when I start.

Inspiration can be linked to passion, when you like something you look for a way to do it, you give yourself to it and you achieve what you want, an excellent combination: inspiration + passion + action.

It is generally believed socially that inspiration is only for musicians, poets, painters...that there is always something that inspires them to create, I believe that we all have moments to be inspired. It can happen when it's time to go to the bakery (I call it physical inspiration, self-love, other); it also happens when we want to celebrate someone, we are inspired by what to do, what to cook, what to give and there is that moment of inspiration to achieve a goal...maybe we don't see it that way but that's inspiration (to please someone).

People who like cooking, or study for it, are so inspired by the tastes and smells that they achieve wonderful results in the kitchen, the same happens with these housewives like me who were not very given to the kitchen and now in my case I am inspired when making oatmeal biscuits, cambur cake, a baked chicken, a simple salad, that for me is culinary inspiration.

Inspiration can be said or I can say that it is something like being alive, being in the present, not letting that moment be rarefied or that we get distracted by what is happening around us, it is having an illusion towards something that does not only have to be art, as many people tend to see it.

It is common to hear: I am not good for that, as if inspiration is a matter of serving or not serving...it is there: to read that book that you like (even if you repeat it several times) to write down that idea that comes to you to develop a writing (since we are here on this platform); to be inspired by having certain plants in your house and when you take care of them and give them love that is inspiration, how many laugh because they let the plants dry up.

Inspiration is that something that is there inside us in our mind, in our thoughts, in our dreams, taking it in the moment and not letting it escape is another process. It comes to everyone in different forms and in different ways; another thing is that when we are inspired we don't feel tired, because we are so dedicated that it's wonderful to feel it. It is like that when we are studying for an exam and we are so involved in understanding everything that as the hours go by that moment of inspiration increases (well it happened to me many times).
