In a small village by the sea lives Julian, nicknamed the parakeet, because he is always talking to the adults who are dedicated to fishing; while they are working on fixing the mayas that they use to throw into the sea, Julian is always there, creating stories, the fishermen like him because every day the boy expands the vocabulary he uses, they ask his father if he is the one who teaches them so that he can tell them to them, but the father always responds by shaking his head in the negative.
Julián is a character for those who know him. There is no malice in his eyes, nor in his words when he acts out his stories. At school the teacher tells him to take a notebook and write down the stories he tells to the fishermen and sometimes at school. He is a good companion, he likes to collaborate wherever he is.

A few days ago there was an alarm on the radio that a hurricane was approaching, so the fishermen decided not to go out to sea, there was no precise date but they were still aware of it on the radio. They began to take shelter and fortify their houses because there was no real news.
When Julian heard this, he began to talk to his classmates to help everyone in the village, instead of getting scared we are going to act, all the children from the school showed up to offer their help in the houses to strengthen them and to group together in the houses that they considered the strongest. They carried water, what they had of food, blankets, diesel lamps, candles, batteries for the radio as far as they could hear because it was feared that the strong hurricane winds would cause the radio coverage to be lost, etc.

Julián had a great mission when he saw them all together, the little ones were scared, they were almost crying, when they saw all this Julián decided to tell their stories, but this time he devised a way that the stories would be represented by those present, so that when the breeze began to blow with drops of water the little ones would be distracted so that the impact would not make them feel more fear.
To begin the story he took a knife and asked the children with a loud voice:
What am I going to do with this knife?
