The so-called "child protective" "services" (CPS) is so far beyond (and, they think, above) the people who pay them to even survive (i.e. all of us) that we need to be aware of all possible tools to combat their constant over-reaches supported by color-of-law special admiralty courts. These "courts"--like "family court," "juvenile court," "youth court," etc.-- that have sprung up in the wake of the emergence of the whole CPS milieu, make no mistake, are illegitimate, and have no business existing in a Constitutional Republic.

Sadly though, nothing can be done about it as long as the schools and the mainstream media keep repeating the bogus mantra that we all live in a "democracy," and as long as civics are not taught in school anymore, and the country is being flooded with illegal immigrants who know even less about our principles and form of government. The legitimate courts that still exist, by the way, are the ones that occasionally slap CPS's wrist, not these other admiralty courts.

Some conservative counties have re-established Common Law courts that can be employed against illegitimate actors (pretending to be legitimate courts, judges, etc.) and that have the active support of their elected sheriff. Without that specific and open support (which is still rare) the Common Law court is pretty useless, though, and is often the target of uneducated law enforcement actors, and/or the illegitimate court systems in that county. Even sheriffs who know enough about the Constitution and who support the people can be targeted by State Police and other uneducated actors, so it is critical that the people of the county support their elected sheriff.

(Not true. Common Law long predates any American court, at any level, and any legitimate court supported by the people and their chief elected law enforcement authorities can make and determine common law.)

Here is an article about using Common Law Courts, and specifically habeas corpus petitions whenever CPS seizes family members or children:

The comments below the article are also definitely worth checking out. It is true that some locals in various areas have "done the common law" thing wrong, or overly aggressively, or with the intention of inciting violence, and those efforts will always fail (until/unless the people get behind them in huge numbers--not likely in the current propagandized environment.) Still, the habeas corpus petition, in and of itself, is a stand alone strategy that CAN be very effective in certain situations.

Read up, and share the info with anyone you know who is mixed up and ensnared with CPS; or anyone, really, with young children. But, even more importantly, educate yourself, support CONSTITUTIONAL SHERIFF candidates in county elections, and support your local common law court--if you have one.
