You are correct. Sometimes if the government are not willing, the citizens shouldn't sit back and hope the government becomes willing. Africa is a religious continent and that's her major downfall. The government and religious institutions are using it to benefit their pocket. Until the citizens come out and fight for better government, I don't see any turnaround. Africa should be the King continent as it possesses so many natural resources.
