Today's topic is a continuation of an amazing series which is "Fear Of Rejection As An Entrepreneur" which started on Vol 23. I will be talking about the final tip on how to get rid of the fear of rejection, which is;
Create Your Own Narrative: If you want to get rid of the fear of rejection completely, you need to create your very own narrative. By creating a narrative, you are creating a belief system for yourself, such as, I'm intelligent, if they don't accept my job offer or my contract, it's their loss because I would have added so much value to the enterprise. By doing this, you are boosting your self-confidence, and people would see it too, and most likely accept your offers. And if they don't, you would move on immediately to the next enterprise, because you know you are a valuable asset to any enterprise. Also, you need to put in the effort to improve yourself and raise your level of expertise to your level of confidence, so that, if you are accepted, you should be able to perform adequately and prove to them and yourself that you are really a valuable asset to any enterprise.
