FYI, you can run a witness node in a raspberry pi, not an API node that will still require a good server. Without the API node, there is no blockchain.

if you want it sugar free, but have almost the same texture, try allulose. it's still going to be high calories because of the fat in the milk and cream, unless you try to make some sorbet.

if you only require this much resources, you can get it for free. oracle cloud has a free tier with a lot more resources.
