We had a STAR WARS filled Sunday yesterday. We saw the new Solo movie, and also checked out a new exhibit at the DIA (Detroit Institute of Art) - Star Wars: The Power of Costume.
As you can imagine, it contained several outfits that many different actors and actresses wore during the movies. Like this one, for example:
Pretty cool to see some of this stuff up close. Princess Leia's slave outfit!
Or how about one of the most unique 'costumes' used during the franchise:
R2D2!
They also had some very cool original sketches and artwork done back in the 70s, like this one of the iconic scrolling title:
