Over the weekend we went to a cool local place called MBrew, abbreviated for Michigan Brew. It is a craft brew bar with a cool arcade in the basement. They are mostly known for serving up some of the best craft beers that are made here in Michigan.
Above is the Irish Coffee Stout I enjoyed while I was there, tasty! I prefer darker beers as of late, and normally order a stout or porter. Everyone has their own tastes and preferences.
Downstairs is where all the pinball machines and arcade games are located. It was a busy night, so I was not able to get great photos of the place. Crowded! All the pinball machines were being used.
They have a smaller bar downstairs, with a smaller selection, but convenient as you no longer have to walk back upstairs to order another drink. The place is decked out with local Michigan brand posters and art on the walls.
Golden Tee is a popular game at any bar. They also have a nice shuffleboard table at the end of the room. I believe it is free, you just provide your license in exchange for the pucks. The price is right!
They also sell baked goods, and have a nice porch out front...but being it was dark and cold out, nobody was out there. A great place to hang out in the summer, or winter for the matter. In the summer, you can find me outside on the porch enjoying the weather and a cold brew.
