Not too happy today with the flooring company installing our floors. Issues in increasing levels of frustration:
1. They broke my push broom:
2. They didn’t run flooring into the tiny vacuum closet when they said they would.
3. They didn’t remove the old molding in the office, leaving a gap next to the molding and made it impossible to make this look right. If you remove the old molding, there will be too big of a gap to add new molding...and yoi can’t add another layer of molding over the old molding...that just won’t work. No clue what they were thinking here.
Have already complained to operations manager...will see what they do about it. They’ve Already apologized and admitted to the screw ups...we will see.
