                                Ode to the Cube

                                A Sonnet
                            by memeon

My jolly cube, you inspire me to write.
How I hate the way you hunt, trot and hide,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the big outside.

Let me compare you to a library?
You are more joyful, secret and evil.
Ice bites the debris of February,
And wintertime has the brainy beville.

How do I hate you? Let me count the ways.
I hate your clean lip, toenails and ankle.
Thinking of your green toenails fills my days.
My hate for you is the grainy shankle.

Now I must away with a rainy heart,
Remember my lean words whilst we're apart.
