Hey Folks!
Yeah, as usual before I make a post, I will always sit back and relax with a cup of coffee, then I think of ideas for posting. Sometimes thinking of an idea is boring because it can take hours. But I'm sure your wasted time will be replaced with a reward on which platform you posted that idea.
And if you have ego in you, then you will try never want to think about the idea of making a post. You prefer the easy way, which is to make a post by copy & paste. And yeah we all have ego but the difference is that some people can control their ego so their ego can't control them.
What is ego?
If I think with my stupid brain, ego is a selfish trait without thinking about other people around us. And ego is an attitude where we don't want to give in and feel that we are always right and stubborn. Sometimes age does not guarantee a person can control his ego easily.
There are people whose age is already considered an adult, but still puts forward their own desires. And there are some people who tell me that ego is important that must be planted in us. Maybe yeah if you have a big ego, of course a big ego can be useful in helping your progress in the field of work. If I think, being too ego can also mean that you can't have good social relationships with other people. Because you can't respect other people, don't need the help of others, you can't hear other people's opinions, you prefer to prioritize your ego.
So when you can't control your ego, then a belief that will state that all actions or actions that you do are always caused by a desire to benefit yourself and consider yourself more important than others. So don't let ego control us, instead we need to control our ego. Sometimes yeah, ego needs to be a form of belief, which is to believe in yourself and make decisions. But don't overdo it because if it's too much, it's like leaving our stupidity to the people.
So a few hours ago I went to #pob-wotw tag and read a post about ego there and I found a lot of interesting things there to sharpen my brain. And I'm trying to make posts about ego in pob, even though my ego posts will be different from theirs or look silly..lol..i just want to write what i know, i don't care if they don't understand what i'm writing..lol. .the most important thing is that I can make posts in pob. xD
Does pob have an ego person?
Btw for this question I can't really answer "Yeah"..lol..because as far as I have seen in the pob there is no ego whether it's the team, investors and curators, I haven't seen that in the pob. But for some users I can say "yeah" they have ego, let me give a little example, because I also don't want to write too long because it can make my brain dizzy and make the reader bored. lol
An example for a user who has an ego in pob. They prefer to make plagiarized posts, they prefer to make their own profits without thinking about the future of the project. Even though they will never get rewarded by making plagiarized posts in pob but that's an example..lol..sometimes they don't think that when they use their ego to make posts, they will only get downvotes not get rewarded..lol
For the next example of a user who has an ego in the pob, they get rewarded by making posts in the pob. So the $pob they get from the reward on their post then they sell it to buy $steem..lol..btw did I find such a user in the pob? so far not yet. So if I haven't seen such a user in the pob, why would I write such an example? I just want to remind the users on pob not to do that because it will make hive blockchain lovers a bit heartbroken to see that..lol..even though they can use $pob as they want, but at least it's better to give progress to the platform that you like, rather than providing advancements to platforms you never use. lol
Does every platform have a curator who has an ego?
If I think "yeah", an example of a curator who has an ego is that they give rewards for posts that they don't review or without checking for plagiarism on those posts. So curators like that usually don't want to waste time checking for plagiarism on posts they want to reward. Such curators usually only want to benefit themselves without thinking about the future of the platform. But on hive or pob platforms I have never seen a curator like that, because they prefer to reward quality posts and are more concerned with the future of the project.
Maybe that's all I can write about ego, and it all makes my brain spin..lol..and I'm going to write some motivational words about ego, these motivational words I was told by my parents when I was young.
