All these lovely fresh summertime veggies make it impossible to be satisfied with the grocery store produce all winter.

The CSA I belong to has grown into a thriving business. They provide veggies for much of southeast WI and have a couple small refrigerated trucks for deliveries. It's not just Steve and Beth anymore- they have several seasonal employees and supply a few of the Madison and Milwaukee food co-ops with vegetables.
