Goooood evening everyone I trust you have all been well, apologies I haven't been around much and my time on here has been limited as we are spending a lot of time fousing on winning my competition which is 10 weeks away now and building my own brand of supplements. So far sales have been meh but they're still ok driving a long which is better than doing 0.
More so today I am throwing together a quick update on my progress I am making and I am really excited to say I have hit the 77kg mark which is good and bad. If you recall earlier on I wanted to be about 76kgs to be show ready but what I am seeing is that 76kgs won't be low enough. I will more than likely need to be hitting low 70s which will be even harder to hit from this point.
It's about just under 1kg a week and while not too hard I will need to now redevelop a new meal schedule to ensure I am reducing calories but also having high intake of amino acids, protein and correct amounts of fats. The margin for error at this stage is really really low. If I stuff it up and starve myself I will lose muscle, if I don't eat enough protein I won't gain muscle and if I eat too much than losing more weight at this level is a lot harder.
so this is it peeps the point of no return and I am pretty confident at this stage that I will be well enough to hit that stage hard and flaunt the work I have done. Will it be enough to win? well that comes down to a lot of things, being able to pose properly or not.
I have also booked in for a 1 on 1 posing course with a training which I am excited about as this is my first comp I need to learn all the poses and hopefully that's enough to get me over the edge.
So how am I going so far?
