As a person who pretty soon worked it out she'll be heading the corporate world, making money, travelling and just living as what many would call it 'the dream,' little did I know life would actually steer towards something else.
In my first year of college I realized that I would love to scribble down thoughts, views, anything that would cross my mind and before I knew it, I was sending out my stories to local magazines in hopes to get published.
Little did I know my piece honoring Micheal Jackson after his unexpected demise would actually get published full page with my name and pic. Yep, that was it. Life had suddenly steered in a new direction.
I was studying marketing but I was making use of all my spare time in expressing myself. I would write; anything that tickled my fancy, I would write it up. And soon enough, with the strong rise of social media, with Facebook taking the lead, I was soon posting whatever I felt would be interesting to others.
That was way back in 2007.
And here we are. 19 years later and I am wondering how many people would actually be reading this.

As a journalist of over two decades and having covered serious, human interest stories to interviewing celebrities, F1 star racers, entrepreneurs making a difference, artists to speaking to the many brave souls trying to survive in Gaza right now, I've heard stories that make a difference.
And I wish to make a difference. By shining the light on good things. Because the world needs some goodness every now and then to survive the brutality.
