After a long time, we ate lahmacun. (EN-TR) Uzun bir aradan sonra lahmacun yedik.
Hello everyone 🤗
How are you? I hope you are fine. I am good. I'm very hungry these days and I'm always craving something. Today, I would like to share with you the restaurant we went to with a friend who came from abroad a few months ago. It was one of the most delicious lahmacun I have ever eaten.
Herkese merhaba 🤗
Nasılsınız? Umarım iyisinizdir. Ben iyiyim.
The friend I mentioned has not been in Turkey for almost two years, so he said he missed our traditional dishes like lahmacun. We went to a restaurant near where I live. There are delicious lahmacuns and kebabs there. First we had a lentil soup made with broth. It was a very good soup.
Along with the lahmacun, they also served such a delicious salad. Lahmacun is not without salad. And of course, not without lemon. I ate one and a half lahmacun. Since I usually eat lahmacun while I eat a lot of salad, I eat a maximum of two lahmacun.
This is how the lahmacun looks from the outside. It's crunchy.
Lahmacunun böyle görünüyor dış kısımdan. Çıtır çıtır.
This is how the inside of the lahmacun looks like. It was a spicy and peppery lahmacun. It's one of my favorite things. Lots of vegetables. I also like meat dishes, but there should be plenty of vegetables in addition to the meat.
They served such a çiğköfte next to the lahmacun. But I didn't like the taste of çiğköfte. It had a very spicy and bitter taste. I guess only places that make çiğköfte make it very tasty. I think the çiğköfte served in restaurants usually taste bad.
After we ate, we went to a few shops. Since my friend has not been in Turkey for two years, he was talking about how much the prices have changed compared to two years ago. Yes, he was actually right. Prices have changed a lot compared to two years ago and unfortunately still do. Luckily, this cute cat has given us a good reason to lift our spirits.
The weather was very cold in those days and it was making snow. There were beautiful lightings like this in the streets. While walking, we were also talking about our childhood. The best thing about being a childhood friend is that the friendship still continues and you can be very comfortable talking. I feel very lucky to have such a friend. I just wish we could meet a little more sometimes. But that's the worst part of living in two different countries.
We both remember our childhood years. What good years they were. Now we're both in different places and we both still can't believe it. How strange to be in different countries. There are many people who ask how you can still stay friends without seeing your friend. Actually, this is not our miracle. I guess that's what friendship is all about. No matter how long you haven't seen, it's nice to meet and talk on the phone a few times a year.
After that day, the two of us met once in a month, and a few times as a crowd. I've met other people as well and our days have been really great. I wish to experience such beautiful days again.
Stay with Peace!
