It was not as long as the one two days before but also intense. I started with regular push-ups followed by close-grip push-ups. Slow and steady wins the race. In addition, I went on a tough 48-minute bike ride to improve my VO2max. Wow... that was really exhausting. *** Today I will have a rest day because I just came home and have to sleep first.
