The room was very cold, even too much, this cold could be compared to a freezer, the separation of which can be found in the house of almost every self-respecting housewife. And it is quite natural, at this temperature, the products have virtually no chance of deteriorating. The same applies to the flesh, and to the flesh, it also consists of cells containing nutritional juices in it, and it lives, even if it is not under the strict guidance of gray matter.

The room was white, completely, and because of the bright surgical light and rusty, where it was covered with thick, brown drops of blood, the furniture began to resemble white glaciers. The uneven, bumpy figure cast a frightening high shadow on the walls. Rough, calloused hands, uncharacteristic gray-green color, sharpened movements sewed along the contour two details. These parts, once one whole, but not the same, were very soft and velvety to the touch, they were somewhat like the tender skin of a young girl, but she was cold, and the fact that she had long been lifeless, could have been without Labor determine by the greenish shade of details.

On the gray windows framed by a grid of rusty armature, large drops of rain inexorably beat. They rolled down the glass, leaving behind them, ugly, chilling divorces, in which frightened eyes, not having even a drop of imagination, could find a terrible figure. Deaf thunder peals were heard in the head with a heavy rumble that made it clear about the imminent approach of the arrows of Zeus.

  • Daughter. Daughter - a rough, hoarse man's voice pierced the deathly silence.

Frankenstein lifted his gray, melancholy eyes to the window and felt the lightning approach approaching, speeding up the pace of work. The product is ready. He picked up the girl's body and carefully covered it with a white veil, laid it on a metal couch. There was another rumble and outside the window it was light for a moment, as if one night had lost its rights to the day.

  • It's time. Soon. Soon, a devil's creature repeated itself to himself.

The monster fixed the ice metal of the clamp to the thin handles and approached the lever, which was only a small detail of the huge apparatus, fixed its eyes on the gloomy window. The wait was unbearable, every second went for five. And even the unstoppable hope, which all this time untiringly led to the desired goal, was shaken. Suddenly there was a treacherous raskat, which means that soon the sky will be illuminated by an icy glow, a sharp and elusive fiery arrow.
For a moment it seemed that in the long-hardened veins the pulse pulsed, carrying blood plasma through the channels. The brain, animated by the same charge of lightning, unconsciously made a slow count, as if he knew exactly when the end of expectation would come. The tension is increasing. It's impossible to fail, there can be no second chance.

  • 1, 2, 3 and the hand seemed to, sharply, at the behest of something unearthly, but at the same time confidently, lowered the lever. For a moment it seemed that the time had stopped, a dull thud reeled in his temples. The light blinked and the entire megavolt charge of lightning struck the girl's thin body, which lay on the cold table. For a minute he stood, not moving, watching the immobile corpse. Waiting again tightened its long melody, which was the sound of an illiterate violin playing, dripping on the brains and a minute later these trills could drive me crazy. Despair came to half-broken consciousness, but all doubts and questions were dispelled as soon as the young girl's body curled and stretched under the sheet. The man slowly approached the couch, afraid to frighten his appearance only that "born" and not knowing all the pains of the world creation.

The corpse, which in its structure resembled more a child's body than an adult, finally departed from the "sleep" and leaned on still weak hands and sat on the couch and fixed its eyes on the creator with curious glances at the ugly features. He did not see in her eyes fear and disgust, the gleam of which he was so constantly afraid of discovering in the eyes of the dearest and beloved creature. Frankenstein became attached to this girl at the earliest stage of creation, when he imagined what a sweet, beautiful, affectionate and intelligent his daughter would be. He went to the table and sat on it against her. The man could not find the words, this gentle and childishly naive creature looked directly into his eyes, her summer eyes reflected the warm summer sun with a blue sky, along which the fluffy clouds swim slowly and on the horizon they lay on the emerald carpet of herbs. As it is unusual for a monster, he has not yet heard a single word from her side, but already understood that she is the complete opposite of him. Once such a monster as he could have such a bright ray of light.

  • Hello: after long minutes of silence, he unintelligibly pronounced a hoarse bass.

  • Hel-lo: Almost in syllables she repeated after him, the language did not obey, but from the expression of her face it could be understood that she perfectly understands what he says to her.

"Now, wait here: as softly as possible he tried to say it, but the torn dry ligament again turned ordinary words into an awesome scream.
She understood everything and unlike many people and even monsters, her consciousness did not distort the meaning of his words.
Frankenstein staggered his way to the door, turned back to make sure that his treasure was still there, threw a twisted smile in her direction and disappeared behind the door. After a moment he was already in the laboratory, and going up to the operating table, handed her an untidy lump of white cloth. She gladly accepted the gift and curiously began to unwrap the package. When the work was done, she carefully examined the thing and with a fixed question on her face, looked at him. Frankenstein helped her to put on a dress. She jumped off the couch and began to whirl around, forcing the open-work hem of her eighteenth-century dress to develop. He looked at her attentively, and a long-forgotten grimace of a smile reappeared on his face. She finished spinning, and drunk with a giddy gait, she reached the table.

  • Who are you ?: with a happy smile on your face, without a sarcasm, with this question, she asked.

"I'm your father," he answered, keeping the frozen emotion of joy.

  • And who am I?

He slowly approached her and embraced the creature, said:
"You, Frankie Stein, my daughter."
