My photos. A trip to the sea. A unique view of the world through the eyes of a seagull captured in a photo. The wind was blowing in from the sea—salty and cold. A young seagull stood at the very edge of the surf, where the water kisses the wet sand.
Most likely, it was a young seagull. Its plumage was covered with an intricate pattern of gray, brown, and white speckles—perfect camouflage for life between the sky and the earth.
Around it stretched an endless gray expanse of water, blending into the equally gray sky. In the distance, other seagulls were squawking, fighting over scraps of prey. But here, on this tiny patch of sand, there was only her and her strange trophy. Time seemed to slow down, condensed into the moment her beak met the bone.
It was worth going to the sea. Such a wonderful view brings so much joy. The pleasant, salty sea air. A nice way to relax.
