I'm going to make Bailey's Irish cream whiskey liqueur this holiday. Anyone else ever made some manner of alcoholic drink for the holidays?

I might add I will probably drink the whole lot in a shambolically short space of time but that, alas, is the curse of the Scotsman... 😃
