I have never been caught online but when I was younger I was caught by a traveling salesman "getting rid of the last of his jewelry stock samples" it looked amazing and I haggled hard with him got an amazing price. When I bought home the assorted bits to my parents they laughed me out of town at how fake it all was 🤣🤣
