That's shit about your dad. In Scotland they changed the law so that a parent can't write a child out of their will. Which at first asthma quite an intrusive thing but it was backed up with a lot of thought and discussion.

I quite like that law as it has served both me and the missus well. I know countless others who have been left with a parent who cares little for them and manipulated them with threats of wills and disinheritance only to have that removed by this law. It infuriates some people but probably the kind of people who dream of fucking over their kids 😃
