Hahaha 😃😃

Absolutely!! Damn, I do need a break but we are paying for our eldest bastard boom to go to Paris next year. Costing a fortune!!

I do them hands facing in. But I do lat pulldowns obvs with them facing away

Oofty. My middle name is try the local foods!!!

It would be a good way to end it!

They might count!! Yeek! 🤣🤣🤣

Aye, me too actually! One day I might get off my lazy ass and write summat 😃😃

Heh heh, I do think that Blocky and Gitty G are quite up there. Marky would have been quite up there in my estimation too although I think he is not so into it now. It gets hard after that tho as you say

Haha, Connor known in the rare as a "skin" up here. Classic. At least they didn't try to gouge you for less than you should have got!

Defo man!

I found that often, someone commenting within seconds of posting. It was always annoying

For me I'm just a greedy bastard when it comes to food I love!!

Lolz 😃😃

Heh heh

It's weird, I try to make sure I never go outside that. I should be getting down to seven pounds less and being as rigorous at not going above that!

Yeah, it's too much trust in something that deserves so little! Except the killing of the English that would be fine 🤣🤣

I am consistently seven pounds over my ideal. Ah well, you have to have something to strive for!

I have been arguing with this with my daughter lately who seems to be quite hard line. I sorta do but I don't, simply because of the awful amount of wrongful convictions that keep getting found years after

Sacrilege!! 🤣🤣

Yes indeed all is well cheers!!
