Since our camping trip is a bust I thought I would go for a run between bursts of rain. Here is One of my first runs post tendon surgery. I wanted to get my body moving again. More then walking speed. I have a loag road back to my old pace and abilities. I get that. Still it sticks to feel my lungs struggle to keep up again.
