At the beginning, I was thinking of incorporated of characters interacting (waving) with each other . However, it would make the logo to be packed. After taking a few looks on the character, I realized that their hand could be fused into the letter N. The sketch of the characters and N is added down below.
Sketching the frame.
Adding the outline.
Thickening the outline.
To maintain the overall square shape (as requested) the "TH" was added inside the N.
Benefits / Improvements
Variations to the logo. Added "society" at the lower part of N.
