This is my proposal for 
The logo is a combination of the letter 'P' as in Payari and an abstract figure of parents giving pocket money to their children. The upper arch shows an abstract palm (parents' palm) giving money (coin-shaped object in the middle) to the lower and smaller palm (children's palm).
Recognizable in both black and white and color. Organic shape brings out the cheerful image as requested. The three requested main color are used.
