Draw a square by using rectangle tool (M) while holding shift. Copy it (ctrl + c) after selecting the square. Place the square (shift + ctrl + v). Resize the pasted square by multiplying the length by 1.618 in transform tab. Remember to disable the link.(circled)
Now, you'll get something like this.
Select the square and rectangle. Then, Re-align the square and rectangle by using the align function.
You should get a shape like this.
Next, draw squares in clockwise direction to get this shape.
Draw perfect circles (L) in the squares by holding shift.
Remove the circles from the squares and align them if you want to.
You got the Golden Ratio Circles now.
Feel free to resize the circles by selecting ALL THE CIRCLES and resize by holding shift. DO NOT RESIZE ANY OF THE CIRCLES AFTERWARD.
Then trace your sketch.
After tracing...
Build the shape by using the shape builder tool (shift + M)

Step 3 and 4 is hard but you'll be good at it after a couples of trial and error
Paint it up by selecting all the paths and using live paint bucket (K).
