Ingredients

🍚 250g cooked basmati rice
🐟 2 cooked boneless salmon fillets
🧄 20g Medium Garlic Mayo Nando's
🥚 30g Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise Hellmann's
🌶️ 30g sweet chilli sauce
🥕 1 medium carrot, shredded
🥒 1/4 cucumber, sliced
🍯 1 tbsp honey
🌶️ 1/2 tsp paprika
🌶️ 1/2 tsp chilli powder
🧅 1/2 tsp onion granules
🧄 1/2 tsp garlic powder
🌿 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
🧂 Pinch of salt & pepper
🌰 Pinch of sesame seeds


Instructions

1- Prepare the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, place the cooked 250g basmati rice.
  • Use a fork to fluff it up, ensuring it remains light and airy.

2- Add Protein:

  • Flake the pre-cooked boneless salmon fillets using a fork.
  • Add them to the rice.

3- Incorporate Vegetables:

  • Toss in the sliced cucumber and shredded carrot.
  • Spread them evenly over the rice.

4- Drizzle Sauces:

  • Drizzle 20g of Nando's Medium Garlic Mayo over the ingredients.
  • Follow with 30g of Hellmann's Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise.
  • Add 30g of sweet chilli sauce.

5- Season:

  • Sprinkle the bowl with a pinch of salt, pepper, and other spices (paprika, chilli powder, onion granules, garlic powder, mixed herbs).
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey for a hint of sweetness.

6- Mix Thoroughly:

  • Gently mix all the ingredients with a fork until everything is well combined.
