Una clienta que conozco hace años, me trajo el nombre de su bebé ruteado en PVC. Quería que la apariencia final fuera semejante a mis trabajos. Desde que su primera bebé nació, tiene varias cosas hechas por mi decorando las paredes de la habitación de la niña y quería mantener un estilo semejante con el nombre del nuevo bebé.
Con la parte dura del trabajo ya avanzada, puse manos a la obra. Le dejó la lista de materiales y el proceso creativo para realizar este proyecto.

Hello dear community. Today I bring you a project with a feature out of what I usually do.
A client I have known for years, brought me her baby's name routed in PVC. She wanted the final look to be similar to my work. Since her first baby was born, she has had several things made by me decorating the walls of the baby girl's room and wanted to keep a similar style with the new baby's name.
With the hard part of the job well underway, I got to work. Left you with the list of materials and the creative process to make this project happen.
Necesitaremos:

- The routed name
- Manufactured paper
- Corrugated cardboard
- Reused white paper
- Glue
- Double-sided adhesive tape
- Molds for decoration
- Scissors
- Cutter
- Ruler
- Acrylic paint (white and light blue)
- Transparent varnish
- Brushes
Primeramente forraremos la cara superior del nombre con papel artesanal. Distribuimos una capa de pegamento con la ayuda de un pincel y cubrimos todo nuestro nombre. Pegamos bien para evitar que se despegue porque la superficie del PVC es muy lisa. Posteriormente recortamos el sobrante.
First we will cover the upper side of the name with craft paper. We distribute a layer of glue with the help of a brush and cover our name. Glue well to prevent it from peeling off because the PVC surface is very smooth. Then we cut off the excess.
Con nuestro nombre perfectamente forrado procedemos a pintarlo de color azul claro. Los bordes de las letras quedarán en PVC si forrar y serán pintados también.
With our name perfectly covered we proceed to paint it light blue. The edges of the letters will remain in PVC without lining and will also be painted.
Haremos ciertos elementos para acompañar nuestro nombre, estrellas, luna y nubes. Con los moldes marcamos en un cartón corrugado previamente forrado con papel artesanal. Calamos las figuras y cubrimos los bordes expuestos. Pintaremos y decoraremos estos elementos a nuestro gusto.
We will make some elements to go with our name, stars, moon and clouds. With the molds we mark on a corrugated cardboard previously lined with craft paper. We cut out the figures and cover the exposed edges. We will paint and decorate these elements to our liking.
Para finalizar damos una mano de barniz transparente y ponemos cinta doble contacto por detrás, para poder pegarlo a la pared. Está Listo!!
Finally we give a coat of clear varnish and put double-sided tape on the back, to be able to stick it to the wall. It's ready!
