A couple of weeks ago we were longing for snow. The winters are not the same, especially the last two or three years. The saddest thing is that these white city scapes have something quite charming in them. I’m not that fond of the dry cold weather, because my work requires a lot of outdoor activities and it really sucks when you have to stay hours in this weather.
Luckily, my latest attempt to summon the Gods of the winter and we had some snowy days, that were at least funny for the children too. Now, when February is slowly marching towards its end, we start to look forward to the spring days and then summer. Why don’t we try to tease a little bit the Hawaiian gods with a great juicy APA as well?
One thing is sure in our house… all the family members like beer and the appearing of a special craft beer is well more appreciated. Of course, my two boys are trying the beer foam and maybe just a tiny sip, but they appreciate the quality of craft breweries. My wife, currently pregnant, also enjoys these beers at least in small quantities for now. She cannot wait to deliver the baby and have a bit more freedom to enjoy quality beverages.
I bought this Poland brewery in one of my latest visits to a craft beer shop, and initially have mistaken the PINTA name with PELTA. The latter one is being brewed by a friend of mine, but it was not before I got back home when I realized this was a different brewery that has nothing to do with my friend’s one. Anyway, a quick search told me that the PINTA brewery was a pretty solid one.
The hazy morning beer appears to be… hazy… apparently! I somehow expected it to be so, and it possesses a brilliant fruitful and fresh aroma. Definitely a beer that would pamper every passionate craft beer lover. And being an American Pale Ale promises a very light and easy going summer beer. Who would refuse one in the summer heat? I mean for now the summer heat is just a distant dream(for those who like heat, of course), but at least we can think of the warmer days and some sandy beach.
The little guy was really passionate and barely managed to stand while I take some photos of the beer.
In the mouth it represented impressively the summer spirit and the outlook that it was bringing. Tropical fruits are the main reference that you get when you have a sip of this, and it goes really easy. Not that perfect from the aspect of enjoying it for a prolonged period of time, especially when the wife and the kids are waiting with anticipation to try it! Joke aside, they cannot really drink such significant quantity, but the beer ended impressively fast.
Anyone want to deliver me some more cans of this? I would be very grateful! 😁
Overall I would give this a score 9/10 only because it is not that well lasting in the glass. Thank you for stopping by and see you some time soon, hopefully.
Bye and cheers!
