Kerana & Kosmonavtite and Eminem for this week of Three tune Tuesday!
Well, I couldn’t stand it and decided to start my Three tune Tuesday set with Kerana & Kosmonavtite again. The song is called “Tolkoz moga” which literally means “That’s all I can do…”. The set phrase is typical for Bulgarian language and it’s used often to tell people that is the limit of what you can deal with. It’s more like an apology, sometimes, for a job that didn’t go as planned and went wrong a bit. 😁
It’s unique how these guys spent like minimum amount of money for their music videos and still look very decent and with a real idea. Sometimes money isn’t everything that matters, huh? Kerana really possesses a lot of energy and looks amazing, as usual.
Second pick for Three tune Tuesday? I decided to give Eminem a place again. Today is exactly 20 years since the premiere of the movie 8 mile. Although it’s not exactly accurate biographical plot, it shows the toughness of the rapper’s life and the really hard first steps of his career.
The song I chose is Rabbit run. Eminem’s first nickname was Rabbit so he used this to title his song. Well, I guess the Rabbit has grown a bit and now he is maybe the most famous rapper of all times. Well, there are a lot of other big names, but giving the fist place to somebody will be more like a personal choice for the different fans.
And the third one? I decided to continue the list with another song of Eminem. The song is The real Slim Shady.
This is maybe the first song of the artist that I have ever heard. Back in the days it made a great impact and it was constantly played on the MTV. This was time when there weren’t many musical TV channels and MTV was broadcasted worldwide. I really didn’t know who Eminem was and the video was a bit weird. But it’s maybe the mocking over other famous artists of 90s that made this product so different and extraordinary. I liked this and it was very funny for me because I was technically a kid back in these days, but the song made me follow Eminem’s work and become a big fan of him.
