It was a very busy week at work, however also with (unexpected) rewards and recognitions from bosses and co-workers, which came at an excellent moment, I felt that work was overtaking me.
I took this photo the other night, when I was thinking about how to change some adverse situations with my colleagues and thus improve the work environment, reflecting on their individual interests, on my students on how to better reach them since lately I have noticed them tired and with less interest than before.
In the classes we had today, I noticed something different in some of my students, they recovered a bit of that spark that they were losing, but there are still many things to work on, but at least a positive change has already begun.
If any of you teach, what strategies do you use to boost your kids' morale?
