How to trade in Bitcoin and another cryptocurrency.

Everyone want money. Many people blame that money is an evil things, but I believe that money is the best things and best invention of modern economic system. Without oil a car can’t move similar without money a civilization can’t go forward. Oil is used to give a thrust inside the piston of an engine for forward moving, money is also used similar ways. Due to technological progress the formation of money had been changed. Beginning the civilization people use gold and silver as money, because these two metals carry internal intrinsic value. The gold era had gone after 1973.Now this it the time of digital currency named cryptocurrency. Although this is nothing but except automated algorithm produced by computer. But this currency has tremendous impact of our modern currency system.

• So how does we trade in cryptocurrency?

we can trade this currency using the same technique that we usually used in   #stock, and #forex.  We can buy and sell using any broker who support this currency.To invest money in market we have to analysis that market. Basically, we use three types of analysis

• Fundamental 
• Technical 
• Centrimental

In this article I will discuss about technical analysis .

Technical analysis.

Who trade in currency market  they know that forex market has memory. This is also true for cryptocurrency. For trading bitcoin we should usually use classic chart pattern and wave analysis.

#Wave trading in the most simplest way to understand the market .

In this trading system market usually moves like 123 or 12345 pattern, where wave one in impulsive wave two is corrective and wave 3 is impulsive. Similar for 12345 pattern also. The chart below show the the 123 and 12345 chart pattern.

There are three main rules that most standard Elliott Wave analysts adhere to today: 

• Elliott Wave (2) cannot retrace past the start of Elliott Wave (1)
• lliott Wave (3) cannot be the shortest wave in a completed 5 wave sequence 
• and Elliott Wave (4) cannot retrace into Elliott Wave (1)

Wave trading using 12345 Pattern.

In wave analysis we can buy or sell. But since the bitcoin in going higher and higher so it is best idea to look for buy setup in every corrective wave here I am giving some real char for better understanding.

Bitcoin will gain to much  upside momentum in 2018.Every time when we will see the correction in market we will buy. Because rather than selling there is high probability to go up.
