Today’s activity came from a lot of strenuous moving. I went to a friend’s place to move some furniture out of their house and then into my house. There were some very heavy wood dressers that took a lot out of me. There was also a lot of up and down stairs as we moved a bunch of thing from our first floor to the second floor. So I didn’t spend too much time outside today but was definitely moving around a lot.
