Dear Newbies,

I am writing a very simple letter to all my newbies on the steem blockchain. Both those I have introduced and those here by any other person. I am doing wonderful and I strongly believe every one of you is doing well too. There is a moment in your endeavors when you need to be introduced to the truth that surrounds the operation of steemit. It doesn't really matter how that is going to make you feel inasmuch as it is for the best. There is never competition here on the steem blockchain. So in case, you have it in mind to be competing with someone, then you obviously will end up achieving nothing.

Get to know your niche and keep working at it so well. Make sure you are the only one you are competing yourself with. When I got introduced as a newbie, I have been presented so many opportunities to work with many whales and great steemians. They are the very people that l picked my inspiration from. They make you you be who you really have to be on the steem blockchain. They could be annoying sometimes but it doesn't really matter since they are humans. Every newbie on this blockchain must endeavor to do things that will make you get the attention of whales and your supporters. But how then do you know you are certainly doing what they want? It is so simple. Never write to impress anyone here on steemit but instead, work harder on putting up a quality content that will naturally call people to make commendations of your effort. It really works. There's one thing that you never must be scared of.

That is rejection. I have seen many newbies who have left the steem blockchain not because they could not write well. But because they simply feel rejected. Everyone does, even the whales. But it is obviously what makes us better. A lot of people will reject you and never attend to you. But do not get discouraged Keep working harder every day even when you earn 0.00 sbd on each post you put up daily. There surely comes a day when your 0.00 will turn to be 5.00 and that's just when it begins. But until then, you need to endure the pain of rejection and work harder on achieving a greater milestone. Steemit is a culture. Learn to live it well.
